The police SHALL NOT enter my home randomly to see if I have a magazine they don't like. That is simply not going to happen. In fact, they had better have a REALLY GOOD probable cause warrant signed by a judge to even think about it and that will never happen either, because I am a retired Deputy Sheriff and not a criminal.
This was sent to me by a member of MY department who, along with every other active and retired police officer and former military combatant in the country will not allow it.
This bill is tantamount to a declaration of war. If it passes, it means civil war.
