Oil? What oil?

I did a little informal calculation which anyone can do....I figured the scan rate of the video equipment on the ROV. From that I calculated the flow rate from a 21.5" pipe with 4,000PSI behind it (although I strongly suspect the pressure is at least 2kPSI higher) and came up with 2-3 million gallons a day as the very minimum and that is from just one leak. There are three. As of this morning BP was still injecting dispersant into the wellhead to prevent the oil from coming to the surface.

You can do it graphically by inserting an arbitrary pixel in the flow as an artifact and then measuring it's virtual velocity through a known distance (derived from the physical attributes of the equipment visible in the video...you can use any commercial video scan rate you like). Anyone can do it but people depend on what the government tells them and it's ALL 'feelgood' bullshit, just like you hear in church.

I further suspect that oil is sandblasting the area outside the well casing and is going to rupture the seafloor. It may have begun already. We are going to lost the entire Gulf coast, the Gulf of Mexico and, probably the Atlantic coast as well. It will cause the economy to collapse. To quote Jon Stewart, "We are SO Fvcked".

You know, we had offers of help from all over the world and the administration refused it. to me that is simply unbelievable and, I believe, easily rises to the level of a criminal act.
