I was a Texan. I guess I forgot some of what that means. I still don't care who has a civil union with whom - I don't peek in windows at night. But the country is going to shit because we are letting it. We ought to set some rules and start enforcing them at the grassroots level. Big Brother isn't our friend. He's our jailer and I for one ain't gettin' on that bus.
Common sense is dead. Friendly rivalry in politics is over. I believe the ballot box has been stuffed - I don't care what political party someone claims - they are all the same, just owned by different crooks. I think the country had been robbed and I think it's time to stop it.
This song won't stop it but it reminds me of home.
