I am a retired Deputy Sheriff.

I never kicked down the door of ANYONE'S HOUSE, even when we had reasonable cause to believe the Symbionese Revolutionary army was in a house in our area.  I never kicked down the door at the Spahn Ranch - none of us did.

We knocked on the door.  The SLA had moved into LAPD's area the day before and Charlie Manson was hiding under the kitchen sink - but I was a police officer.  I had already done my tour with the Marines in combat.

Arresting citizens for videotaping ANYONE from their private property is perfectly legal.  SATIRE is not only legal, but healthy.  When it is suppressed, everyone will be at war and not just me.

Understand...I am not at war with my brother officers.  I am at war with anyone and everyone who wants to tear up the Constitution.  It's not a war of words.
