I have some questions...

(1) In which sovereign countries
should the United States target and kill civilian non-combatants in total disregard of every international law concerning either warfare or the accepted standards for civilized conduct between nations?

(a) Which part of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Amendments thereto, or Supreme Court decisions specifically allow a President to engage in warfare?

(2) Is direct intervention required, as in the murder of the Marine combat veteran by the Pima County Sheriff's Department or can the US government simply send armed drones, controlled from a central location in Virginia to shoot random people at wedding parties and other defenseless targets of opportunity?

(a) Which part of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Amendments thereto, or Supreme Court decisions specifically allow anyone to engage in the casual extra-judicial murder of ANY citizen of ANY country?

(3)  Is the promotion of the principals to higher office only appropriate when the US targets US and Mexican citizens by allowing, encouraging, and approving the illegal sale of firearms for illegal smuggling into the hands of murderous drug cartels, or can promotion through other avenues - such as competence and honesty be considered?

(a) Which part of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Amendments thereto, or Supreme Court decisions specifically allows any LAW ENFORCEMENT agency to actively engage in criminal activities as a methodology?

Why are all of these people not in prison? Why has the Rule of Law become selective?  When did Lady Justice take off her blindfold? Did the Patriot Act completely negate the Bill of Rights and the Constitution? They can't both be the law of the land.

If the Patriot Act is the law of the land, we are all criminals. The problem with that is that I'm not a criminal.
