Going back to the fifties and sixties when I was raised there. I can't complain personally, but we let them kill JFK and cover it up - and then we provided Lyndon Johnson as a place-holder. He wasn't worth a damn.
Then somehow, "Dubya" became governor and managed to steal the Presidency with his pappy and brother helping to count the hanging chads. HE ruined the country - and they still let him back in the state. Part of his ruination was the 'Presidential Prayer Team'. He actually thought he was anointed by God to fight the fight his daddy didn't finish.
So we voted for someone who disagreed with EVERYTHING Dubya stood for - until an hour after he was elected. Then he turned into Jimmy Carter and Dick Cheney rolled into one - and he finished destroying the country, and maybe the military, and probably Social Security, and brought on Depression v2.0.
Dow Rick Perry is the Governor of Texas and he can'y clean up his own mess, so he's gonna take a run at the top job. Naturally, he had to get some cash, so he let the school board start teaching creationism in public schools and he is off at Bible Camp drumming up support. But he ain't worth a shit either. First he threatened to secede from the Union, and then he didn't invade Louisiana and toss those BP monkeys into prison after they cleaned up their mess - which they never did and never will - and made them pay for their carelessness - which they never did and never will.
Obama flew down there a couple of times but it was obvious that he wasn't interested - and so he gave command of the Coast Guard to BP and went on vacation.
Y'all are free to pray on your own time. But God isn't the Governor. He has His own job. Perry, you dumbass. School is for learning and Church is for praying. They are different!
Get back to your office and get your shit straight, you whiny pimp. You, Bobby Jindal and Barack Obama would do more good on 'dancing with the stars' than you are now. Maybe you can take dancing lessons from Tom DeLay. Don't make me come down there. Me and two Rangers could clean house in Austin.
