The indefinite detention act. - Teachable Moments

I have been threatened by a radical muslim group.  It is my working assumption that anyone wanting to 'disappear' me or forcibly enter my home must be a terrorist.  Worse, they are possibly terrorists posing as police officers.  I'm not a criminal, so no government officer has any reason to try to 'disappear' me or execute a no-knock warrant.  Anyone who does would qualify as terrorists, especially since American soil has been designated as a battlefield in law.

The dumbass Congress didn't think it through.  Anyone breaking into anyone's house is a terrorist now.  And everyone is legally entitled to resist them.  That's what a battlefield is.  Defining the homeland as a battlefield gives everyone the right to defend against terrorists posing as police or military. It is a defense grounded in law.
