We have 80 of these chunks of shit, all of which are now completely obsolete - even if they didn't kill their pilots. The Russian PAKs can beat them - AND the F35.
This article is a bit outdated. The PAK FA is now flying and in production. The initial run will be for a thousand of them. We no longer have air-superiority, and won't for the foreseeable future. We have a submarine force and carriers - but air superiority over the battlefield or ocean wins wars. As an aside, we no longer have tank superiority either.
