Voting in Hawaii

The housing market continues to fall.  Bloomberg says three years - I say closer to forever.  At least forever for my lifetime.

I voted today and I'll tell you some of them. I am registered Independent, but in this backward state you still have to vote the party line.  Fortunately, you get to choose WHICH party.  I went with the Democratic Party although I didn't want to.  I want a choice between ALL of the candidates on the ballot.  Let's change that shall we?

Mufi Hanneman.  I don't particularly like him but Abercrombie is a crook and Aiona is a religious fanatic.  I'd rather have voted for someone else.

Mazie Hirono.  She rocks.  She always votes her conscience.

Anthony Marzi.  I like him.

Weatherford.  Why do people keep voting for Emily?  Because she is Billy Kenoi's cousin?  Get serious!

I wanted to vote for some Republicans and Independents, but I NEEDED to vote for Mufi and Weatherford.
